• Hazrat Mus’ab bin Sa’d RadiAllahu Anhu narrates that his father, Sa`d ibn Abi Waqqas RadiAllahu Anhu related to me : We were by Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam when he said : Are you unable to earn 1000 blessings every day? One person from the congregation then asked Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam : How is it possible for one of us to earn a 1000 rewards? Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam mentioned :
“Recite 100 times
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ
1000 rewards will be written for you and 1000 sins will be wiped out from you .

• Hazrat Abu Hurairah RadiAllahu Anhu narrated that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam mentioned :
whoever says
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
… one hundred times a day, his sins will be forgiven even though they may be equal to the foams of the sea.

• Hazrat Jabir RadiAllahu Anhu narrated that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam mentioned :
whoever says
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ
… a tree is planted for him in Jannah.

• Hazrat Abu Hurairah RadiAllahu Anhu narrated that Rasulullah Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam mentioned :
”There are two words that are most dear to Allah, very light (easy) on the tongue, (but) very heavy on the scale (of Qiyaamah). They are:
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ، سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ الْعَظِيمِ
