Hadith:
Hazrat Juwairiyah bint Al-Harith RadhiyAllahu Anha (the Mother of the Believers) reported :
Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam left my home in the morning as I completed my Fajr prayer. He came back(later) in the forenoon and found me still sitting on my musalla. Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, “Are you still in the same position as I left you.” I replied in the affirmative. Thereupon Rasulullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam said, “I recited four words three times after I had left you. If these are to be weighed against all what you have recited since morning, these will be heavier.
The words are:
سُبْحَانَ اللَّهِ وَبِحَمْدِهِ عَدَدَ خَلْقِهِ وَرِضَا نَفْسِهِ وَزِنَةَ عَرْشِهِ وَمِدَادَ كَلِمَاتِهِ
Subhaan-Allahi wa bihamdihi
`adada khalqihi, wa ridha nafsihi, wa zinata `arshihi, wa midada kalimatihi
I Glorify Allah ( ie He is free from imperfection) with His praise, as many times as the number of His creatures, in accordance with His Good Pleasure, equal to the weight of His Throne and equal to the ink that may be used in recording the words (for His Praise)
